Amazing hotel, very clean and stunning features

We stayed for one night while transit. Free shuttle between terminals and then to the hotel so I didn't have to have local currency on me. I used both room service and laundry service; service was perfect and staff was very polite. I was wondering if it's worth getting out of airport when there is under 24 hours but yes, it was totally worth it, and I would do it again:-)

Hotel was pretty decent. My only complaint is that I wasn’t allowed to swim in the pool as I didn’t have a swimming cap. Yet you can go in the hot/cold pools naked…

Incredible hotel with amazing facilities like the Infinity pool and its own shopping mall. Fantastic service as well!

Overall it was good, but the suite at the resort was missing something to really make it a wow experience. The gym was okay and the indoor pool was nice, though it would have been great if at least one of the outdoor pools had been heated, as they were closed due to the season. The service was great and the staff were incredibly friendly

A really convenient stay after arriving at Incheon airport. Clean rooms, amazing breakfast and close to station for easy travel into Seoul.

We had the standard room which is TINY and they did try to upsell us on arrival but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Good shower, nice toiletries, comfortable bed. Good to have laundry facilities although not cheap. The immediate area around is quite quiet so the bar, shop, etc were useful although the bar was very expensive and didn’t have great options. A great shop in reception.

Overall, this hotel is pleasant and conveniently located (only a few mins away from the airport via the free hotel shuttle bus). The Wi-Fi may not be stable, but it’s not bad either.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and also very spacious which we appreciated alot. It also had an amazing bathroom. It had a very quiet but friendly & welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff and cleaners were very nice people. The hotel is also perfectly located, its extremely close to the airport.
