We had a great stay at Ibis! The location was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious our upgraded room was. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the upgrade process easy. The room was perfect for us, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul. Highly recommend!

I love that the property is centrally located. We took the limo bus from the airport and it dropped us off right in front of the property. All the shopping and night markets were just downstairs. The front desk, especially Jacob, was very helpful in directing us to where we wanted to go. He even helped us with our luggage when we were departing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting SK for the first time.

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to Euljiro 1-ga station and Myeongdong station, and the Myeongdong shopping district is right downstairs. The lobby is on the 19th floor with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent views. The staff are polite, and the room is very clean. I would definitely stay here again next time.

The location was great, the staff were friendly, but the rooms were not very well litted and seem dated. The staff did allocate a room with a great view of the Seoul tower which was really nice. Breakfast options were also fairly limited although it is nicely located on the top floor hence offering good view as well. Overall it was a good 3 nights stay but would have been greater if the rooms were newer and brighter.
