"A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views.
Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through.
Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty.
The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you."

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Cardiff next to a lake and a retail park. Rooms were basic but clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Good pub quality food and fair selection of drinks. Free parking for guests. Very good value for money and for what we required, a cheap overnight stopover, it was ideal.

I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round.
I will definitely stay again next time I’m working in the area. The only thing I would say is with all the modern appliances in the room, a full-sized...
