"Located in a lovely setting but starting to look a bit tired throughout. We booked an upgraded room so two nights cost £355.00 Bed and breakfast which I don’t feel was good value. We have stayed in a much nicer hotel with that amount of budget. The room was OK but things like a shower over the bath with a rather tired curtain were not what we had expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately I felt the experience didn’t live up to our expectations...

The manager made this move very easy, but of course it would be a different story if they had been fully booked."

The ancient town of Somerton is ideally placed for visiting the area and has a useful supermarket to buy food if you want to eat in the well equipped kitchen, although you’ll find tea, coffee, milk and probably a few other goodies awaiting your arrival.
