"الخدمة جدا بطيئة وضعيفه تخيل فندق طويل عريض لا تتوفر فيه الا مكواة ملابس واحدة حسب كلام خدمة العرف جاءتني بعد طلبها ب ٢٤ ساعة ثم طلبوا اخذها مني لاعطائها لنزيل اخر
المطعم لا يفتح ٢٤ ساعة ولا توجد مطاعم جيدة بالقرب من الفندق الا في الطائف على بعد نصف ساعة
بوفيه الافطار جيد جدا
قرب الفندق من تلفريك الطائف والجو اللطيف اعلى الجبال يميز الفندق لكن توجد خيارات اخرى لمن يملك سيارة "
