We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza Al Salam, would highly recommend. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is clean and very-well managed, the room was spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool during out stay, which was amazing and has really long hours. The breakfast at the hotel has a wide variety of foods that would cater to all dietary restrictions and palates; the coffee shop inside the hotel is also amazing, especially the presentation and garnishing they do for desserts.

The hotel was in pristine condition with friendly and attentive staff. The room has energy saver features such as lights being automatically switched off if there was no foot traffic. Crossing the road proved a little difficult and the nearest shop was at least a 12 minute walk so those were my only two negatives.

Great location near the airport. Taxi is very expensive, they should have a shuttle. Room is very clean and well equipped. Nice welcome variety of fruits and arab dates and cookies inside the room. Room is excellent and very comfortable. Dining option is also available from the lobby area.

The staff make the hotel, awesome people. Can’t believe they actually go out of their way for your needs. Had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend And stay there again. Not been to a hotel in Jeddah like it. I was with my mum who is disabled and they put us in a room that Had everything for her needs. They didn’t hesitate on any of our requirements. The staff are on a different level, mashallah they did go out of their way for me, every single staff member always had a smile and greeted anyone that came past. You have to try this hotel in Jeddah, it’s a diamond amongst gems.
