"Our stay was lovely. The place is convenient, tranquil and provides everything you need for your stay. Parking was ample and the area seemed very safe. My only comment is that I wish they kept an eye on the pool because when traveling with kids it is off putting when much bigger and careless children basically act like bullies by monopolizing the entire pool and playing with a football in the pool. It was the only blemish on an otherwise wonderful stay. "

"Great cozy place. I was traveling solo, and wanted quiet accommodations. There were families staying at the hotel, but the management was courteous enough to put me in a different part of the hotel. I loved the "Boutique" look. It was very comfortable, including the bed. I also like that I was in Big Bear Village. It made it easy to go out for a drink and get back home. "
