All was perfect!

The room was not quite as described on Expedia, but that did not matter. Not your typical hotel, more like staying as guests in someone’s house. Lovely location in a lovely village, situated in lovely scenery.

Fantastic location, clean modern building with all the amenities you’d need, really attentive & helpful staff, amazing quality food. The views from the balcony were phenomenal too. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m next in the area.

Modern Hotel. Very clean. Great Quality branded toiletries by “Ritual” comfortable bed. Good breakfast options. Location good with Supermarket Parfi not too far.

Friendly owner met us and even helped us by moving his car so we could take his parking spot. (Although parking was quite easy to find). Room was clean and well kept. The street was quiet and the room was nice and warm. The town itself was worth the visit - lovely little mountain town with a lot of amenities.

Superb service. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the hotel was posted as only 18+ specially in the Spa. I was in the saunain total relax when suddenly a couple of children come up shouting and playing so in that moment it was not anymore a relaxing spa. I have to be clear that I don't have nothing against children but if they promoted a relaxing spa at least you need to consider that no minors will be allowed in the sauna, Jacuzzi, relaxing showers and meditation area.

In theory this could have been a bad review. The restaurant and spa were closed for renovation, the lack of soundproofing in the interconnecting rooms meant our noisy neighbours kept us awake at 5am, and we were promised a room with a bath but didn’t get one. However the way the brilliant staff responded to every problem or request, the beautiful rooms and the really helpful concierge made a big difference and left us with such a positive view of the hotel still. The best place to stay in Sinaia - great rooms, good service, queit location.

Room was clean and aired, The staff is what helped to make this stay rememberable. Gym access was at an extra charge which wasnt clear on Hotels app. I have a new addition to my favourite top ten towns in the EU
