Our initial room had shown as being cleaned on the hotel system but in fact it hadnt but we were moved swiftly and compensated with complimentary drinks by a very efficient and pleasant member of staff. "first of all, amazing service. arrived extremely late at 3am due to plane being delayed, but still got a great couple of coffees at the bar. room was not too bad, bed was perfectly fine, but: - wardrobe could not be used as doors were out of their hinges. - bathroom is very small, door cannot be closed once sitting on the toilet - shower was disappointing on 3rd morning, no water pressure at all."

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"
