"It's hard to find a parking spot here. After checked in, they told us we need to pay extra Euro 10 per person per night if we want to access the swimming pool. This extra fee for using the swiming pool was not shown on Expedia website. They argued the reason was due to my room type of "without spa". I dont do SPA and don't need SPA, but do like pool and hot tub. Double checked terms and policies, spa is separate from pool and hot tub. SPA is a separate services. Nowhere indicated room with SPA...
