"THE HOTEL WAS FILTHY DIRTY. WE WERE SHOWN 4 BEDROOMS AND HOTEL WAS EMPTY THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THEY BOILED WATER AND GAVE US IN BUCKETS. THANK GOD WE ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT AND DIDN'T INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST. THE HOTEL HAS LOVELY DESIGN AND HAS LOTS OF HISTORY SHAME THE OWNER IS NOT BOTHERED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN."

"This was quite frustrating and unprofessional experience as u reached to hotel, the receptionist clearly said that they do not hold booking for online without any prior payment. Since it is swain time they will book through counter only or advance payment booking. I was forced to book hotel at higher rates of 6.5k on counter with compromised rooms availability. "Better dining options are available in Jaipur but cost wise dining comparable with other restaurants. We received room according to our booking and check in check out was easy. They provided facilities to store our luggage after check out as our flights were late and we needed to do some shopping before taking flight."
