"The staff was amazingly helpful and so kind. The breakfast was wonderful to start our days! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Would’ve liked to have been provided with several bottles of water each day since it was needed not only for drinking, but also for brushing teeth."

"Absolutely great location and nice hotel. A HUGE problem arose right when our stay started. The pull out couch bed had a giant curve shaped like a hammock! We went to the front desk to ask if there were any rooms with a functioning pull out sofa bed. The front desk said word for word, “none of our pull out sofas are flat.” We were shocked, what is the point of allowing us to book for three if there aren’t enough functioning beds. We were offered a second room for the low price of $250 USD. All in all it was a great property with great amenities but an absolute joke of customer service. Would’ve been 5 stars for 2 people but 3 it is a lousy 2 star at best."
