One night stay to experience the Periyar reserve close by. Our room was enormous and located near the very back of the property. Sadly building works are directly next to the property so we heard angle grinding. Mgr tried to stop them but only the rain did. Staff amazing. Food delicious. Great cocktails and beers. Hotel rooms are good and centrally located, Restaurant food was excellent.

The property and service was good. All the staff were very polite and helpful.The only downside was that the Car parking facility is not attached to the main building.

A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.

I’ve been to India a dozen times and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Do yourself a favor and book this trip as soon as you can. I’m not kidding. It’s bucket list stuff.

We took a 2 day houseboat from Alleppey booked through the resort (beware of cheaper houseboats that will disappoint you) and had the experience of a lifetime.It was simply amazing to be able to experience and share the daily lives of the people who live by the backwaters. We stayed two night in this hotel and were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. They gave us a very personal experience, took us out trekking. I would recommend this to anyone that want's a great experience with excellent food and very nice venue. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

This was a great stay - everything is top notch - lovely room, great food, friendly staff, good service etc. The grounds around the hotel are especially nice. The pool - and views from it - are especially impressive!

Lots of free activities to keep you busy, amazing setting and unique rooms. Great food and drinks as well, we loved it wish we had have stayed longer.

Relaxing few days at the Fragrant Nature. Superb location and wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Take advantage of the sunset kayak trip through Mangrove Safari just across the road. If you like to walk, seek out the Meenad-Polachira trail by the Polichira lake.
