"Nice hotel in central location. Unfortunately, when we arrived it was very crowded in the hotel and the Service personnel was not really helpful, we were told to come back at 2 pm for the checkin (after a 14 h flight…). Hotel in general recommend (clean, location, etc.) but we didnt like the staff."

"The stay at your facility was very pleasant and comfortable, your services was convenient and efficient. However I stayed at room 1038 and there was 3 inconveniences that I feel must be corrected to maintain your impeccable reputation. 1. Wind was whistling in through the window frame which was very noisy at night during high winds. 2. Construction work was very noisy. 3. A shower door or curtain needs to be installed for comfortable worry free use of the shower."
