Service was good for check-in and check-out, property offers good lounge areas and business center for remote working. Nice pool, Fridays restaurant adjacent, promenade adjacent that provides view over Canal waters and allows nice stroll to Amador area / Causeway."

It was clean, safe, centrally located in Casco Viejo and the staff were always available and willing to provide guidance on places of interest to visit in the City. As it was a special birthday for my spouse, Aldhair Diaz and Estefania Martinez were very instrumental in getting me sorted with a bottle of Prosecco for the room on our arrival...

"Mixed feelings about this place. The entrance of the pool is very nice and so is the common area on the rooftop. Great location, 1 block from train station. And plenty taxi outside. The rooms are a bit rundown. The closet of both rooms they put us in was broken and the windows don't lock. When it's locked you just shake them and they opened in both rooms. The person incharge told me that they are all the same. The washroom is also not in best shape but nice spacious. All flaws I can ignore....

"I liked that the rooms were spacious and the interior design was super unique with artistic details throughout the hotel. Location was good with restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Downside was that our room was below the roof top nightclub which raged until 4am and was very loud. Also we asked for car service to the airport and was told a driver would arrive in 15min. After waiting almost an hour we had to flag down a passing taxi to make our flight which we almost missed due...

"Everything was outdated and dirty! Check in was ok but they had no parking as was in the description that there would be parking. The sheets had stains on them and the air conditioner is both rooms we booked didnt work properly and one actually broke in the middle of the night! TV only had 1 working channel and the bathrooms were dirty as well."
