"Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel. "

The property was stunning, the pools were perfect, the complimentary happy hour was a very pleasant surprise, the food at Fuego was amazing, the complimentary breakfasts were the best among the 4 hotels we stayed at on our trip. "Ariel and his dog Musica are wonderful hosts. Arial took the time to drive us around the town. Located next to a bubbling brook, his place is creatively decorated and has a lot of open spaces to relax. It is within walking distance from the start of the La India Dormida trail. We stayed with Ariel for one night. If felt more like we were visiting a friend than a business."
