"Room was not in great shape. Bedding had stains, shower wouldn't drain and toilet was in rough shape. No blower dryer or ironing board in the room. The pool floor was breaking apart giving potential to cut your feet and was not a clean area. A cat was walking around on top of the outdoor bar counters and tables where people eat and drink. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast but it looked simple at best. The staff was decent and the hotel tried to be unique. Was a good proce point and we loved the area for location. Was a very local feel and walkable to many restaurants, stores, bars and park. Would highly recommend the area but if cleanliness is something you are picky on then try somewhere else like the Principe. We walked by there multiple times, it was slightly closer to amenities and looked much cleaner overall. "

"We booked this hotel for one night because we landed at 4am and needed somewhere to sleep. I called days beforehand and asked if it was okay to book this room for the day before and check out the next day just so we had somewhere to sleep. Everyone at the front desk said yes. When we get there, the lady at the front desk tells us no and that we can’t check in. We are then forced to sleep on the couch in the lobby and wait for a manager to come. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to help us out. 3 hours goes by she gets relieved and her coworker then tells us, our room has been ready and that she doesn’t understand why the First Lady didn’t let us up. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and I’m thankful for the Second Lady we talked too but I would not stay here again."

"This hotel is absolutely worth the stay. It has access to everything you need, or within walking distance. Beautiful, clean and well managed. The hot breakfast is incredible, with many options. Also restaurants for lunch or dinners. Which is nice when you don't know the area well. The staff was extremely kind and bilingual. Unfortunately, there is no airport shuttle. However, they were able to get us a taxi quite quickly that was clean and professional."

"The hotel is good. Nice ammenities and very good staff. The breakfast is amazing. The only problem is that the rooms floor is very very dirty. My socks ended up black from walking on the floor. "
