"Check-in was seamless. The front desk agent was very nice and helpful. A few amenities were missing from my room (hangers, wash cloths, and the bag for the ice bucket, but the staff promptly provided them. There's a laundry room for guests to use on the 3rd floor. It's hotter than a sauna, but I'm grateful for it! The hotel is beautiful and safe, with elevator access key cards. The Medallion restaurant, which is on-site, was great.
