Candidly, the staff and hotel rivaled 5 star resorts my husband and I have stayed at with regards to service and hospitality. "Clean room. Facility is clean. Structured. Room very comfortable. Valet attendants go above. Courteous, helpful as I am handicapped needed care to load/unload. Once we learned the access to the hotel not being where the casino is was much easier. A lot of construction in the area. "
