It's very quiet. The grounds are clean and well kept,. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are super polite. The continental breakfast is an added bonus, and the price is great! This will always be my go to motel anytime I have to stay in Sweetwater!"

"Sweetwater is a small town but still has plenty of places to dine. Lazy beagle was great. This little hotel is right on the Main Street and is in a fantastic location. Easy parking. Specific keypad entry worked perfect. Very nostalgic feel to the place. "

Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."
