"We stayed here for a family reunion and I do not recommend if you come here with children or those who have a difficult time getting around - the steps in the house are pretty dangerous (we actually had an aunt fall and break her foot) and the dock is also not great to have children around. The property has not been well-maintained and there was water getting into the house and many dead trees on the property dropping branches during a storm. The kitchen felt bare-bones, it didn't have baking...

"Carpet was stained in every carpeted room. Pool not heated, which was told after booking. Hot tub not working not advised until late evening before checking in. Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions.
