"The maid service was poor. The food was okay. The price for a massage was to high. However it was close to Woodfield Shopping Mall. I paid for the room and still they had several more fees. The service simply was not there. "

"Wonderful staff and thankful the pool was nice and warm granddaughter had a blast and it kept her occupied when our flight got canceled, only issue was the shuttle driver I am used to driving in big cities and dealing with crazy drivers but this man scared everyone to the point people got out before there terminal and chose to walk the extra because of his erratic driving.
