"When we arrived, the staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Once we got into our room, we realized that the air conditioning unit was not working properly. We called the front desk and within 5 minutes maintenance was in the room. He confirmed that the unit wasn’t working and said if we wanted we could switch rooms or he could get another unit and fix the problem. We chose to stay in the room and within 15 minutes the maintenance man returned with a different unit and our room was cool. Great customer service! We will stay again next time flying out of ORD. "
