"Beautiful hotel. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Near airport but didn't hear the planes flying over us at all. Starbucks inside hotel also plenty of nice restaurants on the property. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay everytime I am I'm Rosemont. "

"Stayed for one night after returning from Europe. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. Great service at the restaurant and a decent gym. The carpet throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms, is in dire need of replacement. The carpet in my room must be 25 years old and filthy. The carpet was buckling in many places."

"Breakfast was expensive for what it offered, but I guess to be expected at a conference center hotel. The gym didn’t have any weights under 15lbs and no water in weight room. The front desk wasn’t very attentive and the breakfast host was rude. Room was nice and clean, but I was in the second floor near the pool and it was loud at night. "

"First room had a broken light so they gave us a new room. That room the stove top didn’t work and the handle to the kitchen sink was broken off. Luckily all we needed was the bed tv and bathroom. Super basic if that’s what you’re looking for."

"The room was very clean along with the bathroom. Updating needed, but a clean room, bedsheets, & towels are more important than the furniture. The bed was very comfortable and the staff and cleaning crew were very friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone."
