Only stayed here one night on my way to Iowa for vacation. Easy on and off. Lots of retail and dining options. Reasonable distance from downtown Chicago. I’d stay here again for certain, especially if it a multiple day stay.

Checking in was relatively easy, staff were nice, room was mostly clean, and overall decently dog friendly. However concrete would have been more comfortable than the bed in our room. Guests outside smoking within 2 ft of the door meant that you had to walk through a cloud to get inside, on top of just how loud everyone was there. We averaged 4 hours of sleep at night regardless of how long we laid in bed. It wasn’t restful and we won’t be returning

Smells like a skunk on fire. Beds are from a prison. This is not your ordinary hotel. This is a refuge for those in desperate need for a place to stay. If that’s where you are in life then proceed. If you have options, make this your last. Staff was very nice and helpful as they could be but don’t expect turndown service or towels. You will need a car. Office closes at 11~ish…sometimes. Bring candles, incense or some type of spray. Enjoy your stay.

This stay was beyond horrible. Stayed one night. Couldn’t find any parking due to no one plowing parking spots in the lot. I ended up parking on a pile of snow. It probably wasn't even a parking spot. Only one person at service desk to check people in and answer phone calls. I waited over an entire hour (yes, over an hour) to even check in, which was prepaid. The receptionist didn’t know online prepaid procedures, and I was almost double charged. She ended up called manager and got things straighten out, however, 4 people still waiting behind me at this time. The hallways smelled horrible. Once you got into the room, the smell was better. Cleanliness was okay, average. Heat worked, thank goodness! Beds were rocks. Pillows pathetic. Toilet was broken. I had to look into tank to fix flushing issue. The TV did not work at all. Displayed a “no signal”. TV remote in room wasn’t even for the TV. Decided to just go to bed, however, all you could hear was a zoo above my room that lasted until midnight. No one had any respect. At 4:30am to 5:45am, fire alarm goes off. No one’s particular fault for this, but it definitely added into the hatred for this place. I will never go back.

We had a great stay! The hotel was conveniently located near several places to eat and basic shopping, which made it easy to get what we needed. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were only there for one night, essentially just needing a place to arrive, sleep, and head out early the next morning, so we didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the amenities. My only minor complaints were that the beds were a little firmer than I personally prefer and there were only two pillows per bed. These are simply personal preferences and certainly wouldn’t deter me from staying here again. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, and we would consider returning in the future!

This hotel is horrendous. Just like a crime scene. One dirty bath towel for the entire room. No hand towels. The beds had bugs and horrible stains. I don’t think they clean or wash anything. Don’t stay here, it’s disgusting.

Very disappointed with this stay. We waited over 30 minutes at the front desk before anyone checked us in, and when someone finally arrived, he acted like he didn’t want to be there. After checking in, we went to the room only to find it was already occupied. We returned to the front desk and were given another room, but that one was also unacceptable. The floor was sticky, the bed looked cheap, and the sheets were soiled and had hair in them. The bathtub also had visible dirt. At that point, we left and went to another hotel. Given the condition of the rooms and the overall experience, we are hoping for a full refund. I would not recommend staying here.
