The room and hotel was clean. All personnel staff that we came in contact with was very pleasant. The water pressure in the bathroom sink faucet was very low, the shower was good. It would be nice if they had a breakfast restaurant for guests staying overnight.

Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not easily adjustable. The price per room, per night suited the accommodations needed- was worth its value paid.

We had a 1 night stay at this newly opened Hotel and it was the most comfortable break I’ve ever had! Everything was clean and well kept, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and organized with a coffee machine and everything to maintain your caffein high. The bed and pillows were too good, had a hard time leaving the bed in the morning, almost called for a late checkout! Def will consider staying here for another vacation.

The Casino was excellent.THe hotel stay is another story. WE arrived at 3;30 pm on 7-3 at the front desk they said that if I wanted early check in for a $10 fee. And we said no we will be back at 4 check in time. We proceded to walk thru the Casino and we were impressed on how spacy the Casino was. We went to check in and than went to our room #227. We left our belongings and went to the Casino. We returned to our room at 2 am and we wanted to wash up before going to bed. THe faucet was running at drip drip drip,and we were not able to wash ourself nor shower, because there was no water. My wife went to use the toilet, and there was no flushing water. In the morning of the 4rt of July, we went to check out and we told the front desk of the problem we had, and their answer was that we should have called the desk, and they would sent a person to fix the problem. Now I told them , i didnt call because we were tired and wanted to get a few hours of sleep. Than we could not sleep, because the air retun in the room was a constantly making loud noice, ,Not a good experience to have from a Casino that just opened.
