"“The hotel had a great location—very close to the beach, restaurants, and a large shopping center. The room was nice and comfortable. However, the lobby was quite hot, and unfortunately, there were no fans or air conditioning there. The breakfast was also disappointing; we tried it on the first day and decided not to eat there again."

"This is a very large property, gardens are beautiful and well cared for but not so the paths, decking by the ocean and the pool area! Lots of broken umbrellas bases but not enough umbrellas! Pool needs lots of maintenance! Rooms are still lovely and well serviced but once again maintenance is needed! Staff are lovely but breakfast area is lacking in as much as clearing tables and filing up empty food containers! Because it's such a large hotel it's lost the personal feel!"
