From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. The house keeping staff were very prompt in their service. Even in the restaurant we were served with hot food and got prompt service. We got very good treatment from the entire staff of the hotel.

The staff was polite, accommodating and the location was good. They had bonfire and karaoke every night. The food was goof particularly malai kofta and butter chicken. The breakfast spread was okayish. Will recommend.

Nice staff and beautiful property

Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset. That went out of the way to help and customised the food. Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb

Very good spa, accommodating staff

I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless. The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains. The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to. Room service food was delicious and served with a smile. Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...

The staff were so helpful and really looked after us. Even quickly giving me a seperate room to my friend very late at night, when she was really ill and needed space. The location is also stunning. I would recommend Chonor House. Thanks.

The property is very well maintained, with great attention to detail and service. The rooms with a view has a genuinely fantastic view of the Dhauladhar Range, especially room 405 and the ones next to it. The food was also great in taste and quality. The breakfast menu is limited but great in taste.
