"The moment I checked-in, I already knew this was going to be an amazing stay. I was upgraded to the Diamond Head Tower with an Ocean View. As a Hilton Honors Member, I love the perks and all the amenities offered. The pools, the restaurants, retail outlets, and everything in between are in arms reach which is a plus. I will definitely be returning and recommend to all looking for a family friendly hotel to stay."

"Pool area is very busy and very crowded with not only Westin guests but also guests from other neighboring Marriott properties. Challenging to get a bartender’s attention. Towel checkout policy is tiresome. Paid $85 per day for two beach chairs and an umbrella. In general, the resort seems oversubscribed. "
