"To be very in depth, the resort was great, the staff were always great and upbeat They do like to itemize every single little thing, which is a common thing with resorts these days, but kind of wish someone would just throw those “fees” up front. Feel like it’s a little silly you could use lawn chairs freely around the resort but 20ft away at the beach area you can’t touch the 200 they have stacked without payment. Maui brewing company was subpar service but had little to do with the resort...

"Our stay was during the wildfires which was tragic. However I have encountered such a professional staff. They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. There was enough food for guests, charging stations and a lot of helpful information communicated throughout our stay. "Nice atmosphere "

"Room was large and spacious. Walk in closet. Large HDTV. We got to see an endangered nene goose from our balcony! Only negatives about the room was shower/tub drain was very slow. The lights could have been brighter in the room. Palace tower, room 3269. PS My wife was distressed at the hungry kittens that appeared in the morning and evening begging to be fed. They should be taken to an animal shelter and not euthanized. The hotel staff was wonderful."
