"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. "

"It is a good place to stay, clean, right size rooms, and friendly staff. However, food needs to improve as there was very limited choice for people staying more than couple of nights. I wanted to check out earlier than 8 nights but did not get the right support from Hotels.Com customer care service which forced me to stay an extra night and pay commission fees for one night I did not stay. I would have appreciated more flexibility here. The immediate locality does not have shops and markets...

The gym and pool facilities were great, and the hotel also offered spa services, which was a nice touch. The cleaning staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was disappointing, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. Additionally, the bathing essentials provided, such as shampoo and conditioner, were of poor quality. Finally, the hotel was located in a secluded area...
