"I stayed before the London Marathon. Butter time is arrived I just need to be off my feet and resting it wasn’t until I’d unpacked my things I realised there was a hole in the toilet bowl and the air-con was showing fault code and wasn’t working. I didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms at that point. These should be picked up during housekeeping checks. No kettle in the room but hot water provided by reception. Bed sheets wet plasticky too. Very very average overall. "

"Found a bedbug in our room on 5th day of our stay. My wife and I were very upset but the hotel general manager was only interested making excuses rather than comforting us. She also implied that we brought the bedbugs with us. We weren't offered another room as we might spread them but we were welcome to move to another hotel, they told us. This was quite late at night and we wanted our clothes washed before packing so we had to stay that night after getting the bed vacuumed. We were so distraught and disappointed that we decided to pack up and come back home. I highly doubt we will ever go back to London again. We had such a high expectation for this trip. They have only refunded for the nights we have not stayed and pointed out that it was a non-refundable booking as if leaving early was our fault. Unbelievable. "
