"Barbara at reception was an angel in disguise. She helped us with taxi service, chair lift details, and answered any question we had. It would be helpful to know not to get off the bus from Fussen at the first stop as the bus stops in the village closer to the hotel."

"We really enjoyed out stay in the hotel and the staff were super friendly and helpful."
