There were a few details like the occasional missing handles on drawers and a loose electrical outlet but this did not detract from our comfort and experience given the other positive factors and yes there were complimentary cookies every night and coffee and water in the lobby. "Our car was broken into onsite in day light during business hours. Not just ours, also another guest.The hotel needs to have better security, lighting and safety features installed for the guests that are staying at the property. The staff was great and the property was awesome. The dining options are great. We would like to stay there again, if they offer better security."

"Our room was lovely. Appointed with comfortable furniture for sitting and relaxing. Our room provided all the amenities needed for senior citizens or the handicapped. The only thing I would have preferred was king size pillows for the king size bed, but I find pillows are an issue in every hotel."

"Love the location and everything around. It has a beautiful view and everything is within walking distance. Just thought the place needs an update as far as curtains (stains), bathroom (just highly used) and TVs are outdated. I would definitely stay again."
