"Check in staff very friendly. Nice to have a parking spot but very difficult to find one available and enough room to park. Pool looked nice. Grounds and building need a lot of work. Very run down. Room seemed clean. Hair dry was not mounted on the wall and difficult to use it with box hanging off cord. Nice location to shops and restaurants. Need higher quality towels. Way too thin. Could be a nice place but elevators, hallways were very dirty"

"Had a lovely visit at the hotel. We stayed for two nights and there was no housekeeping during our stay, not even for fresh towels or trash removal which we weren’t expecting. The place could have been a little cleaner, in particular the floors weren’t super clean and my white socks got filthy after one walk to the bathroom and back, and while it is an older property, the room was nice and big, and the staff was very friendly and kind. All in all for the price we had a great visit, and will be staying with them again."

"This place may have been one of the more heinous places I have ever stayed. Upon opening the door to the room, mold every where, a dead cockroach right by the bed, numerous live cockroaches strolling around, nothing at all had been cleaned and they had the audacity to ask for tips for housekeeping. Thankfully I always bring towels of my own because theirs were covered in hairs, I had to use their towels as rugs as to not collect cockroaches on my toes. This stay ought to be refunded."

"The admiral Inn is a fairly nice Older motel. It’s two floors there’s no elevator so it’s all steps. The pool is older but fair nothing fancy there’s coffee in the lobby but no breakfast. You’re right near everything not on the beach side but just across the street and it’s a short walk to the pier, etc. I would probably give it 3 1/2 stars out of five. The staff was OK some of the front desk, people were more into their phone than they are into the customers other than that it’s a good place to stay."

"This was a disappointing experience. There was no one to receive us, which required two calls to locate room and check on parking and breakfast. The room was very small and in the basement; there was no closet. The bedside lamps didn’t work. Pictures posted show a beautifully kept garden but plants were untidy and in need of attention, and dead leaves were piled in beds and walkways. The whole place felt run down but it was expensive! Owner is going through some personal problems which he carried into his work. His wife didn’t even acknowledge us at breakfast. Breakfast meals were only “okay” or worse, not what we expected in an expensive b&b. We will not stay here again and will dissuade others from doing so."
