"We loved everything about the hotel. However, it may be helpful to know that major construction is going on next door. If you plan to be in your room during the day, you might want to request a room on the opposite side. Then, our last night, which was a Thursday, there were loud noises at 11pm. The hotel staff was power washing kitchen equipment on the street outside. They said it would continue for another hour & a half. I was kind to the manager but it seems crazy to me that they would make so much noise until 1:00am, disturbing your own patrons who are expecting good sleep & relaxation on vacation. As I said earlier, we loved the hotel, amenities, & staff but it was frustrating that the hotel chose to clean in a way that disrupted their own guests. Nothing was offered as a way of compensation or apology. "
