"Family affair with two toddlers went for the first time to Orlando. We stayed at cabana Bay. This resort was the best resort we’ve stayed in. The food was good. The drinks were good. My kids had so much fun that we had to stay an extra day a big plus you walked to the volcano. Bay and shuttles were free for Universal Studios."

"I booked the Fontainebleau Miami through Hotels.com expecting a luxury, five-star experience. What I got instead was a frustrating, overpriced mess that completely failed to live up to its reputation. The service was wildly inconsistent. Staff ranged from indifferent to outright dismissive, which is shocking at this price point. I even suffered a documented slip and fall on property, reported it immediately to security, and not once did Hotel management follow up, offer assistance or compensation of any kind, or show even basic concern. Trying to obtain a copy of the incident report afterward has been an exhausting runaround, which only adds to the frustration. On top of that, the resort nickel-and-dimes you at every turn. Mandatory service charges are added automatically, regardless of the actual level of service, which often didn’t justify the cost. For a property that markets itself as high-end, the overall experience felt transactional rather than hospitable. The facilities themselves are visually impressive, but that’s where the positives end. When you’re paying premium rates, you expect premium treatment, accountability, and professionalism. This property missed the mark on all three. I would strongly caution anyone considering booking through Hotels.com to manage expectations or explore other options. There are far better hotels in Miami that actually understand what true hospitality looks like."

"The resort was family friendly. The resort had direct access to the beach. We frequented the heated pool during our stay. The other pools were a little chilly yet. The bar hours were limited and drinks were fairly pricey. There was only one restaurant option on site. Staff were very friendly. We had the pool view room, which had a balcony that was great to hang stuff out to dry. The wristband key card was nice to have instead of needing to carry a room card around. Overall, would recommend the resort . "

"The room was clean, comfortable bed. Great pool, shuttle service to and from the airport worked great. It is an older style hotel but convenient and good value for money. Not a lot nearby but there was a restaurant right next door. "

"This is a timeshare type place they will try to sell you but they didn't hound us. Just asked while getting parking pass and I said no and that was it. The unit was nice but no ceiling fans and the AC had trouble keeping up and they sent maintenance out. Fixed it and next night same issues. We bought some fans and that seemed to help the unit. I would recommend bringing your own fans they have no ceiling fans to circulate the air. The location to the parks is great. The condos seem a little older but still nice. If it wasn't for the in room hot tub I would definitely opt for a few of our other favorite condos first but after long days at the park the jetted hot tub in the room was nice. We had a pool view room I would not recommend that because the first day kids were just having fun and it was like the windows were open. If we stay here again will request a top floor and city view. "

"Room was clean, well made up, beds are comfy. A/C was working a treat and much needed too. Cleaners were friendly and thorough, loads of storage space. Shower over the bath was a bit week and worn but it worked perfectly well every time and thats what you need. All in all a very pleasent stay If I have a criticism it would be the total lack of respect by the other guests. Noisy kids at 0115, banging doors and parents just as loud into the early hours. That is not the fault of the hotel though and I would recommend this hotel."
