This was my second time staying at Palmetto Inn and Suites. The room was bigger than I expected this time. It’s everything you need. Beach front, balcony, pool, kitchen. Was able to text with the front desk for more towel and toilet paper, they always responded right away and received my needs within 10 minutes or less.

Clean. Great staff. Pool & hot tub are clean and in good working order. Quiet time was at 10:30 I think. Fair price for the area. You will probably have to park across the street if you get an ocean view, but its close and plenty of safe parking. I was there the end of Sept. will stay again.

Loved the ocean view rooms are a little dated but nice. The only problem I had was I wanted to extend my stay and when I asked about it they said all they had left were the next higher priced rooms went and looked on expedia and it said they had the same kind we were staying in so I booked a room down the road

The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and exactly what we booked. Overall a great experience for my family. Only downside was that one of the elevators was down so it took a little longer to get to and from ground level at times, but other than that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is on the beach and has an outdoor pool. The only complaints I have are there is not an ice machine and a 2lb bag of ice is $3.00, parking is limited and no WiFi. The room was clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Will stay again.

Great location, excellent amenities, and unbeatable value!I have come to love The Palmetto! The location is fantastic with incredibly easy access to the beach. The staff is always very friendly, and a huge perk is that the pool amenities are open 24/7. The prices this time of year are excellent. While I haven't stayed in the oceanfront building, the rooms across the street are very affordable and clean, even if they are a little out of date. The only downside is that the lower price point can sometimes bring a louder or rowdier crowd of guests. Overall, it’s a wonderful, budget-friendly stay and I will definitely keep coming back!

For a budget stay it was doable. The room was clean, the bathroom was extremely small and the air conditioning did not cool the room except for at night. It was just ok. But it wasn’t bad.
