"Do not stay here the door to there rooms do not lock right and there volcano room is not like it is in the picture. They have a board under their bed which is causing the bed to slant so if he will be up in the air but your head will be down low. Does Jacuzzi in the room is nasty looking it looks like it ain't been cleaned in decade."

Every moment of the experience was dreadful and if it wasn’t last minute for us, we would’ve gone somewhere else. The staff was rude, unprofessional and tried scamming me out of my deposit. The rooms were filthy. There were roaches. The TV didn’t work. The bathroom had duct tape on the walls. I’ve stayed in hotels/motels all over the USA and this is in the top three of worst ever. This place needs condemned and demolished. "
