Photos are different than what was given to me! Water in the shower goes to hot to frezzing cold in and out. Not with the price. Staff was strange…"

"Room was not clean, we were charged a $240, only reason why we rented this room was for the jacuzzi tub, and the tub did not work. There was no hot water to it at all. My wife has fibromyalgia so we were only there to relax.The tub was filthy. I went to the bathroom and found a live roach, when we went to bed we ended up having a even bigger roach crawl on us in the bed. We were told they couldn't refund us or even give us a different room since we rented through 3rd party, I will never go there again, I can't believe how bad everything looked definitely nothing like the picture online. Definitely not happy..."

"Beautiful hotel, perfect rooms excellent staff. Very disappointed because it was listed to have a pool and thats why we stayed so my child child could swim her energy out before the last leg of the trip. I could have picked any hotel between missouri and ohio and we picked this one because of the pool advertised by this website. 100%recommend this hotel but not if you wanna swim "

"This place has no one to greet you when you walk in. You have to talk to a computer. First key they gave me did not work. Had to get another one made gave me a different room. So we go into 203 and there’s a hot tub in the room. Well we look at the mattress it’s very stained and dirty. Pillows had stains all over them with black hair all in every pillow case Very outdated. Just overall horrible horrible experience "

"Toilet too low and bowl didn't fill properly which impeded proper flushing. Breakfast- ran out of eggs and food wadnt kept stocked. No yogurt available. "
