Amazing, attentive service from a staff that genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. They go the extra mile - cold towels whenever you arrive back; water, fruit and cold towels at the pools; free mobile phone; free tut-tut service; they even got my sunglasses repaired. Modern, comfortable rooms; lovely pools; great cooked-to-order breakfast.

Booked the Royal suite. Everything perfect. The owner personally picked us up and took us back to airport. Location is not desirable, but they provide free transportation to town and back so did not mind at all. Really great travel experience at this hotel. We were overwhelmed with good service.

Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend.

Stayed here for my birthday and I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are brilliant, special mention to Kenz, Richard, Soya, Yim, Khim and the cleaning maids who all made my birthday feel really special. The breakfast service in the morning was good and set you up for the day ahead. The rooms are lovely, modern, with good WiFi and very comfortable. The bathrooms are immaculate and the shower was hot and powerful. The rooftop pool was a relaxing place to rest...

Excellent place. Calm oasis Fabulous staff. Really kind and thoughtful. Exceptional. Very short tuk tuk ride to town easy and not a problem. Distance from centre is not a problem at all

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

Very good, the room was clean and comfortable. Next time, we'll book this hotel again.

People by the community just started nearly 2 months ago, everyone is so happy and work so hard from morning until mid-night. I was wondering and asked them “You guys work so hard but look so happy. Could I know why?” They said that, they are so happy for working with the great community for helping many people. Everyone works from heart and sharing experiences to each other. Especially they are very helpful and so kind. They consider everyone is their family. They are very humble and so polite....

All round excellent hotel and staff. In particular Annie was exceptional as she gave us great tips and recommendations for the local amenities. When we did the tour of the temples she suggested packing the hotel breakfast. This was also a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend to stay here.
