"Overall we had a comfortable 4-night stay, there were a few issues but the staff mostly found solutions. The location is perfect, 2-5min wall to Serdika station, Vitosha Blvd and not much longer to other sites. The room was too hot and AC couldn’t be changed from 25deg so we had to open the window. Checkin was late so they gave us a better room. There was a dirty cup left in the room, shower gel was empty & phone wasn’t working which they resolved quickly."

"The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March). This was very tough due to being on a high floor and the window only opened a few inches - it was boiling! There were no fans provided after I requested this - disappointing "

"Gem of a property in the city centre. Very clean, modern and has all the amenities. Ironing board, iron, hair dryer and fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Round the corner from restaurants and other eateries and supermarkets! Amazing experience. Loved it. "

"Extremely spacious and clean apartment.This place is very convenient for me because I care about perfect hygiene. Every month I travel for work in Sofia and in the future I will stay only in this apartment. There is not a gathering of many people here. Disinfect regularly every day. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. Mattresses and pillows are disinfected and smell fresh. The apartment is furnished with new furniture. I have everything I need and I feel at home. The hosts are wonderful...
