"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold."
