"Air conditioning not working… room was too hot. Hotel starting to look a little tired and needs attention.. location was great, bed was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is located in teh center of Sofia. The gym is ok, a little small for me, I felt a little claustrophobic. The sauna is good. The only ting I did not like - the car parking charges unexpected (20 euro per day), When I was booking the hotel there was no info about it."

"The location and condition of the hotel was superb! My only criticism was that there was as no air conditioning (cold air) due to the time of the year (March). This was very tough due to being on a high floor and the window only opened a few inches - it was boiling! There were no fans provided after I requested this - disappointing "

"Overall we had a comfortable 4-night stay, there were a few issues but the staff mostly found solutions. The location is perfect, 2-5min wall to Serdika station, Vitosha Blvd and not much longer to other sites. The room was too hot and AC couldn’t be changed from 25deg so we had to open the window. Checkin was late so they gave us a better room. There was a dirty cup left in the room, shower gel was empty & phone wasn’t working which they resolved quickly."

"Great property. The staff was amazing and always available to assist. I would definitely stay there again. The only con I have is that it is a little distant from the city center. But fun to walk if you like walking to get your steps in."
