"I had a great stay at this hotel. It has a good location, within reasonable walking distance to the old town or the restaurant area, though Uber is very easy and cheap. The hotel is good, modern and clean . The ambience is very quiet , I would have liked a more interesting and lively vibe. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that my room did not have a mini-fridge. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. "

The bathroom was large and we had hot water on demand. There was a kitchen sink, a little stove and pots/pans and dishes. This was our most pleasant stay in Bolivia with beautiful views. "This is the second time I stay at the hotel. The building and rooms are old but clean and well maintained and kept: each unit has a kitchenette but in this occasion the stove was not working so I cannot give a 5 star rating. The hotel service is excellent and friendly. My suggestion is to provide at least 1 bottled water daily to guest although there is a big jug in the lobby. Finally, just want to make a comment that the pizza at the restaurant (Dukes’s) is terrible. Not sure if the altitude...

If I had to dig deep for something to complain about it would be that the beautiful cabins don’t have AC so nights can be a little warm for sleeping.
