Sometimes they rent the common areas for parties until 11pm. The city have a problem with water and they use tanks, if there is no electricity there is no water for a shower. You get what you pay! "

"A good hotel about a 12 minute walk to Plaza Principal. (Main Square) The hotel is one block away from Paseo del Prado, Cochabamba's main thoroughfare.
