Muy mal servicio desde la llegada no funcionaba el baño y pedí cambio de habitación , no cambiaban las toallas y reciclaban las sucias … no hacían correctamente el aseo en la habitación y no daban más que una botella de agua al ingresar. En general una pésima experiencia y es al peor Novotel que he llegado en todos mis viajes de negocios. No volveré a quedarme ahí

O atendente para check in era meio lento e meu chuveiro estava com a agua saindo meio espalhada, pois estava com os buraquinhos entupidos, mas fora isso todo o resto da estadia foi ótima. comida muito boa, quarto comfortavel. limpo. e bem bonito. me ajudaram com taxi também

Una de las mejores opciones para alojarse en Santa Cruz, sus habitaciones tienen una vista espectacular y lo mas peculiar es que te puedes sentar o echar muy junto a la ventana ya que tienen unos cojinetes con los cuales te sientes muy comodo y con la sensacion de volar,,,, maravilloso
