From the manager Robin to the security, we felt like they gave all guests VIP treatment. They were fantastic about giving advice and support when required. The front desk staff were particularly supportive. I even joked that I wish I could take the staff for my businesses! "This was a nice hotel. The stay was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We had a mechanical issue and they fixed it immediately as well. The only downside was some of the staff were inconsistent in behavior, but I believe that is just the difference between the new and experienced staff here. "
