"Horrible service. I prepaid the two rooms 15 days back through hotels.com but while checkout, I was given a bill to pay again by the front desk stuffs. Also, I asked for a coffee "take away" so that I could enjoy that from the beach but the stuff took an hour to deliver that. An hour for a cup of coffee!"

"It was definitely very clean and nice,staff was very helpful ,always attentive to our need and comfort.The best part was the peaceful quite all around.breakfast buffet was good.The only negative thing about this place was the lunch and dinner option ,extremely overpriced ,limited choice.the food was not up to my expectation in such a beautiful place.Thank you"

"They takes reservation which is not honored or cancelled. Arrived at the hotel during check in send away by the management saying hotel is fully reserved. Do what ever you want just let the guest before hand or cancel the reservation. Seems fraudulent business. Expedia should review this property. "
