"Breakfast is good and restaurant"

"Absolutely brilliant, clean, modern decor, brilliant staff polite and courteous, stayed for 13 nights, can't fault at all, 2 great restaurants on site, walking distance to all amenities, comfortable spacious room with air condition, tea/coffee facilities and fridge in the room, "

"Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. Housekeeping staff very helpful and courteous. Overall...

"Good place to stay but beds are extremely firm. Just be prepared."

"Was great "

"This was our first time in Bangladesh and the hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. The hotel room and everything was excellent. The front desk staff were always available when we needed something. Overall, our experience was very good. Thank you !!"

"Rooms were pretty much like the pictures, staff really stood out and were very helpful. Whether it’s laundry, direction, literally anything you might want/need, the staff there can organize it for you. "

"Room was very clean.. Wasn’t any light wen electric went .. We didn’t get what we booked for .."

"Is it including the breakfast?"

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no...
