Check in was fast & easy, the building needs to be updated, CLEANED better, the building smells wet and moldy down by the pool. The pool with the pirate ship was very dirty and slimey feeling.

All staff there is very friendly. This is my second time in the last 30 days. We take the grandkids. I’ve never had any issue. But front desk staff and bar staff is amazing!

They did not have two room reservations upon arrival. Just one. Thank God they were able to accommodate. Water slides and hot tub not working. The staff was very friendly and they were awesome.

I wish i had a better experience. The staff very friendly and trying thier best . But as for the property waiting most your stay when check in is at 4 and dont get the room until close 7pm . No light bulbs the lamps and zero warm water . No clean fresh towles available for rooms . Kind of a bummer for the price being pool side bottom floor . This property really needs to it figure out it really shouldnt have been this way .

The room was clean but the phone that was in the room was busted, so we had to use our own to call the front desk to bring extra towels to the room. Which was a waste of time because we had to go to the front desk to get own towels because they refused to walk them to our room. Guess there is no such thing as room service anymore. Also could not use Netflix on their tv as it is outdated. The pools were as clean as they could be since there were multiple events going on that weekend but the hot tub was disgusting! Was only a couple in there and the water was cloudy and oily.

1 room heater wasnt working-maintenance came and changed battery still didnt work, key card quit workng in the other room. Remote didnt turn on or off the tv toilets were loose- when sitting down it falls forward when getting up it falls backwards, breakfast wasnt ideal either. There wasnt any kind of eggs,bacon,toast. There was just waffels, ceral and some yogurt. Staff was great tho

There is no shower door-- the floor got soaked and then was slippery. I have 2 small chicldren that slipped and fell. No room phone to call front desk. The water park was not open and the lap pool had chipped paint in the water. The carpet in the main entranced was soiled-- not a good first impression walking in. Was nice hotel little outdated in room curtains are very worn but overall room was clean. Breakfast was good nothing special waffles and cereal along with fruit and granola bars. Was disappointed Sunday when went down to breakfast early Sunday to watch Vikings game in the breakfast area(which is the bar in the hotel) asked to turn on tv(which were working sat morning) but was told they don't come with the breakfast area and the bar people won't be there until 11 to turn them on. 😔 will probaly stay again if in area the kids love the pools just needs some updating in rooms.

A lot of areas in the halls smelled like marijuana and wet dog. The person who checked us in was incredibly kind and friendly. I was nervous to go back to ask for a different room but I don’t think I could have gotten any sleep in the first one with how strong the wet dog odor was. She was very understanding and switched us to a room that smelled much more neutral. There were large water damage spots on the walls and ceiling you could tell water had leaked into the room at some point, and part of our mattress was permanently crushed making you roll to one side. We chose this hotel based on the water park and I could deal with the room as long as the kids have fun, but the large water slides were not working. My kids were a little bummed about that.

Disappointed but waterpark & pizza helped

I rented a suite bc we had 5 people and pulled out the bed in the couch, it was broken and no one could sleep on the bed. The person woke up with a back ache the next morning. The water park and the pizza were a hit tho. Was disappointed tho.

When I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk. Apparently the person who was there quit and left the facility and the manager had to come back. I waited about 45 minutes. The manager was very kind and efficient and did a great job, kudos to her! My family had a great time and life guards were a great amenity!
